A: Our pickup vehicles are equipped with standard weighing scales for on-site weighing. For heavy industrial scrap, weighing may be done at a warehouse with customer consent.
Q8: Who sorts the scrap: the customer or Loopscrap executives?
A: We recommend customers sort their scrap for faster pickup. For small unsorted quantities, we offer separate pricing. Our executives will also assist during pickup.

A: We conduct regular temperature checks for our field staff and provide hygiene kits in all vehicles, including sanitizer sprays used at every pickup.
